I am Matthew Cooper, a Freelance Photographer in Whitby and Scarborough North Yorkshire. My business name is M.S.C photography.

My passion is telling your stories with excellent photography and I have been doing this for over 6 years in Whitby, Scarborough and the surrounding areas of North Yorkshire.

I love capturing the precious moments of weddings, the raw power of a War reenactment and the passion of a sports team in full flow.

I can offer coverage of all types of occasions and events for just a few hours or capture the whole day or weekend from start to finish. 

My Documentary Photography has enabled me to work with a number of large organisations including the YHA (Youth Hostel Association) and Sustrans. It is my strong belief that we should use our skills to improve the world we live in and I focus some of my photography on working with non profit organisations to improve their communities and help those in need.

Being a Photographer in Whitby & Scarborough gives me great pleasure. I love to capture the great moments that mean so much to people, whether it is for personal use such as a wedding or party or for businesses that wish to promote their services and occasions.
